Overview:
Lucas will be Ballarat’s newest suburb and will be the first precinct to be developed in the Ballarat West Growth Area. While Lucas will be a contemporary environment and will be based on ‘best-practice’ planning, design, infrastructure and services delivery is envisaged that it will capture the relaxed Ballarat style. Lucas’ landscapes will reflect the Garden City tradition of Ballarat.
The Lucas development will have a staged construction spanning the next 10 years. The landscape materplan is to be a strong over guiding document that ensures a high level of quality and consistency of constructed landscape over the life of the project.
