Overview:
The Mernda Town Centre development will be aimed at the creation of an urban environment integrating a diversity of spaces and functions. The overall design responds to both its physical characteristics (cultural assets, vegetation, topography views) and it’s planning context (strategic setting, roads, public transport, adjoining residential development), resulting in a clear and logical urban form which will encourage safe and convenient community interaction.
